Beginners Iyengar Yoga class
New students are welcome to join at any point.
This is an ongoing Beginners yoga class in our beautiful, purpose built studio.
In this one hour class, we focus on standing poses and simple seated poses. Every class ends with relaxation and you will leave the class feeling better in almost every way! – calmer, refreshed and with a sense of vitality.
This class is taught by Lucy, who runs Yoga Now studio. Lucy has been studying yoga for 40 years and teaching for 25.
