DESCRIPTION:Intermediate Iyengar yoga class - Tuesdays 18:00 - 19:15\, with
  Lucy\n£15 per class or £144 for 12 weeks\nThis class is suitable for th
 ose with 2 years or more experience of yoga. Regular attendance at our Beg
 inners level classes is the ideal preparation for this class. You should b
 e confident in Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) and ready to learn Sirsasana 
 (headstand) and other inversions and backbends.\nAt this level\, asanas ar
 e not always demonstrated\, since familiarity with the basic poses is assu
 med. The instructions are less about how to get in and out of each pose an
 d more about the subtler actions required to sustain them for longer\, wit
 h more understanding. A wider range of asanas are included in each class a
 nd some pranayama (breath work) is introduced. It is expected that student
 s at this level will also practice a bit at home.\nYou are welcome to drop
 -in but our Term Passes offer a discounted rate and are designed to encour
 age regular attendance - the best way to progress. The Term Pass gives you
  12 classes and if you miss a week\, there are other classes you can atten
